Message	Put one wrench on the locknut, and another on the tie rod end (There are flats close to the nut for a wrench.). Then wedge another wrench or the handle of your socket wrench between the two wrenches and force them to rotate relative to each other. You can get a great mechanical advantage this way. Use a longer wrench like a breaker bar or a length of pipe if you need more leverage.
